  • 150 grams spaghetti squash

  • 50 grams spinach

  • 30 grams onion diced

  • 100 grams asparagus

  • 60 grams diced tomato

  • 15 grams diced turkey bacon

  • 7 grams goat cheese

  • 100 grams chicken breast


Spaghetti Squash: Preheat oven to 400-425 degree. Slice squash in half. I spray mine with Trader Joe’s Coconut Oil and place the spaghetti squash cut side down on the baking sheet. Use a fork to poke holes and roast it for 30 to 40 minutes. The timing will entirely depend on the size of your squash and the heat of your particular oven. It can also vary from squash to squash, so adjust your cooking time accordingly. Once it’s roasted and cool enough to touch, use a fork to scrape the strands

Chicken: Season and cook as you prefer (grill, bake, pan fray)

Cut up veggies and set aside in a bowl

Once spaghetti squash and chicken is complete - add the amounts in a bowl along with all other listed ingredients. Drizzle lemon and balsamic vinegar with salt and pepper! Enjoy!
