Orange Ginger Shrimp Bowl
125 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
85 grams Shredded Green and Red Cabbage Mix
85 grams Shredded Carrots
30 grams diced onion
100 grams diced cucumber
22 grams diced avocado
25 grams sliced jalapeno
50 grams diced bell pepper
1 individual packet of seaweed
1 tbsp of Sugar Free G Hughes Orange Ginger Marinade
5 ml wasabi
Trader Joe’s Everything But Bagel Seasoning
Shrimp: Spray skillet with coconut or avocado oil and sprinkle shrimp with garlic powder, salt and pepper and toss with 1 tbsp of Orange Ginger Marinade. Add to the pan and let it cook on low to medium low heat until shrimp is cooked through. I also like to add red chili flakes to my own dish..
Assemble bowl by first putting in the mixed cabbage and then top with shredded carrots.
Add bell peppers, onions and cucumbers to the sides of the bowl.
Add seaweed sheets to the top of the carrots before placing shrimp on top of the pile.
Add jalapenos and cucumber
Mix together up to 5 ml of wasabi with low sodium soy sauce or liquid amino acids. Pour on top of bowl if you like!
Sprinkle Trader Joe’s Everything But Bagel Seasoning all over! Enjoy!
