Ingredients

  • 80 grams chicken breast

  • 120 grams sliced strawberries

  • 100 grams asparagus 

  • 94 grams Tuscan Kale

  • 20 grams slivered almonds

  • 1 tbsp of unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1 tbsp of dried cranberries

Preparation

Chicken: The good news is you can prepare your chicken the way YOU want. Have fun with it: bake, pan fry, grill, air fry it, etc. You can shred the chicken, dice the chicken, chop the chicken. You can season it however you like (yes you read that right). I consistently mix up my seasonings. 

Tuscan Kale:: Massage kale with hands to break it up the bitterness. I like to massage the avocado into the leaves with half a lemon squeezed. This creates a dressing texture on the leaves and helps remove the bitterness that people tend to associate with kale. 

Asparagus: Not many people like the asparagus raw. Cook it any way you like - grill, bake or air fry. I personally like mine a little burnt and well done! 

Throw kale  in a large bowl and add all the other ingredients. Sprinkle Trader Joe’s Everything But Bagel Seasoning all over! Enjoy!
