  • 125 grams 99% ground turkey

  • 125 grams spaghetti squash

  • 100 grams asparagus

  • 42 grams bell pepper

  • 40 grams spinach

  • 25 grams toasted pita bread

  • 16 grams sliced olives


99% Ground Turkey: Spray skillet with coconut or avocado oil and brown meat until it’s cooked through. You can season it as you like! Get creative!

Cut pita into small triangles that look like chips 

Place pita into air fryer at 380 for 5 minutes - CHECK THEM ALONG THE WAY. Everyone likes a different level of crisp - I personally like extra crispy (You can lightly spray them if you want - I do and season them with pink salt) If you do not have an air fryer, you can place on cookie sheet in the oven

I roasted the bell peppers and asparagus with coconut oil spray

Top with pink salt, everything but bagel seasoning and hot sauce if you like! Enjoy
